BC Group is a successful New Zealand owned and operated company that specialises in partnering building owners in their compliance requirements with the Building Acts 1991 and 2004.

Synapp created a web based application that co-ordinates the issuing of annual building warrant of fitnesses. This is an on going project with new features being added every month. Say NO to leaking homes with Flashman. 50% of leaks in leaky buildings occur at window and door openings. Flashman flashings eliminate these leaks. Flashman has invented a BRANZ Appraised (573) complete aluminium window and door flashing system. It has been independently tested in hurricane conditions to far exceed the NZ Building Code requirements.

In 2007 Synapp created a Windows application for the Flashman distributors. This application was used to calculate efficient cutting lists for the manufacture of window and door flashings and create professional consistantly branded quotes. In 2011 the application was moved to the cloud as a web app making it easier for the distributors to manage their jobs from work, home or on the road.
